Leon Newars is the anagram for New Orleans, the legendary city where Vinz ( originally from Bordeaux) went to get his inspiration from. It is a mix of Funk, Soul, Voodoo, Hip Hop and Blues. He has surrounded himself with a solid team of singers/musicians, the Jouby’s, as well as a captivating horn section. They were offered the Cognac Blues Passions festival’s price in 2014.
