The Sidewinders members:
The Sidewinders are a diverse, modern jazz group that will excite and amaze any crowd. Made up of some of Seattle’s finest musicians, The Sidewinders mixes old time bebop, bossa nova, pop, jazz standards, fusion and originals with a dynamic presentation that keeps audiences wanting more where ever they perform.
Carl Corcoran, piano
Carl started studying music theory, piano and flute early on, composing for his high school jazz band and playing in local jazz groups.
In 1998, Carl enrolled in Berklee College of Music where he played with a mixture of ensembles including the MIT Symphony Orchestra, Bob Parins Band, Classical Brass, Berklee Jazz Sextet, and the Berklee Concert band.
